Willkommen beim Sport Coaching
Thomas Kromp vertritt seit 1984 führende Unternehmen der Sportartikelindustrie. Er ist seit mehr als 30 Jahren Ausbilder, Trainer und Coach in den Disziplinen Ski, Tennis und Tauchen. Insbesondere als Ausbilder für Tauchlehrer ist er ein bekannter Motivator und einer der Initiatoren dieses Sports in Deutschland. Seine Bücher über unterschiedliche Fachbereiche des Tauchsport sind über die deutschen Grenzen hinweg bekannt (siehe auch unter Bücher). Thomas Kromp hat sich mit der Verknüpfung von Coaching und Sport als Trainer einen Namen gemacht, indem er zum Beispiel Seminare für Führungskräfte oder Teams mit der Tauchausbildung verbindet. Diese Seminare werden nicht ausgeschrieben, da es immer spezielle Firmenseminare sind, die auf die Bedürfnisse der Firmen abgestimmt werden. Thomas Kromp ist Gutachter (G 025) von DIN CERTCO in Berlin und Auditor von Austrian Standards plus GmbH in Wien. Er zertifiziert Tauchschulen nach DIN/EN 14467 / ISO 24803 für Tauchsportdienstleistungen im In- und Ausland. Welcome to my Sport Coaching Since 1984 Thomas Kromp represents leading companies of the sporting goods industry. For over 30 years he is working as an instructor, trainer and coach in the disciplines of skiing, tennis and diving. In particular, as an instructor for SCUBA instructors he is a well known motivator and one of the initiators of this sport in Germany. His books on different disciplines of sport diving are well known beyond the German borders (see also under books). With the connection of coaching and sports as a coach Thomas Kromp made himself a name with combining seminars for executives and teams with diving training. These seminars are not advertised as there are always special business seminars that are tailored to the needs of each single company.
